Any published prices are a guide only and can change at any time, without notice.
Quotes provided via phone, SMS, email and social media messages are rough estimates only, as we cannot fully assess your needs until an in-person consultation is completed. We will always provide exact quotes during in-person consultations.
We are proud to be a Sustainable Salon. A Green fee of $3 will be added on every visit. Let’s make salon waste history!
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
At House of Haylo, appointment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your booking.
Late Cancellations & Booking Changes
As appointment times are reserved in advance, deposits are forfeited for cancellations or booking changes made within 24 hours where we are unable to refill the appointment time.
Where possible, we will always endeavour to refill your appointment and, if successful, your deposit may remain on your account for a future booking.
For repeated late cancellations or no-show appointments, a higher booking deposit may be required to secure future bookings.
Appointment Deposits
To secure your appointment, the following booking deposits apply:
$50 for cutting & styling services
$100 for each colour services
Deposits can be paid via phone or EFT.
Deposits are:
- fully refundable where 24 hours notice or more is provided
- credited towards your appointment on the day of your service
Appointment Confirmations
To help avoid missed appointments, we send:
- Email confirmation 1 week prior
- SMS reminder 3 days prior
Please confirm your appointment via the confirmation link provided. If appointments remain unconfirmed within 24 hours of the booking time, we may need to release the appointment to another client.
Contacting the Salon
Our phones, emails and messages are monitored between 9am–3pm.
However, cancellations relating to upcoming appointments will still be accepted until 5pm within the 24 hour period..
If contacting us between 3pm–5pm, please leave a voicemail and a member of our team will return your call as soon as possible.
For cancellations submitted after 5pm via voicemail, email or social media, the notice period will begin from 9am the following business day.

Product Return Policy
Please chose your products carefully. Due to maintaining strict hygiene standards House of Haylo will not provide exchanges. Any purchases proved to be faulty or defective may be replaced, although money will not be refunded. Contact House of Haylo as soon as possible if you suspect your product is defective.
REDO’S
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at House of Haylo. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). A redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
