OWNER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Since Hayley was a little girl, she dreamed of being a hair and makeup artist. Flash forward, Hayley has now been in the hairdressing industry for over 18 years, and is still as passionate today as the day she started!
Hayley started her hairdressing career with training from an incredible Hairstylist + Educator from London Hair Academy. From there Hayley attended the Australian College of Beauty Therapy, whilst working full-time as a hairstylist. Hayley then went on to complete all levels of training at the L’Oréal Academy. In 2017, Hayley received the top marks in Australia for the highest level of hair colour training, the L’Oréal Colour Degree.
For many years Hayley experienced skin irritations, digestive issues and hormonal imbalances. She realised she either needed to leave her passion behind or find a better way.
Towards the end of 2017, Hayley began her journey towards a lower-tox life. She explored ways to use less chemicals in the salon for not only her health but the health of my clients, friends and family.
There was no way Hayley was going to compromise on keeping up with the latest colour trends and brilliant end results, so through lots of research and testing, we now use brands that is made up of mainly natural/organic ingredients. Hayley is continually blown away with the results, which reassures her this was the best decision she could've made!

Salon Manager + Master Stylist
Jess has been in the hairdressing industry for over 12 years and her passion has only grown stronger. Over the years, Jess has furthered her education studying Makeup Artistry, and completing Matrix Colour Mastery. Other courses Jess has done include hair extensions, hair ups and she has found a new favourite - the curly girl method.
As a busy mum, Jess has discovered the importance of self love and confidence. Her favourite part of her job is being able to use her knowledge to work with clients to create exactly what they have envisioned.
Colour corrections and extensions are Jess' favourite areas to work in, as she loves creating change and challenging her brain. She usually gets just as excited (if not more than) her clients to see their vision come to life. Jess loves building strong connections with her clients and helping them to express their personalities through their appearance.
Marnie has been in the hairdressing industry for just over 5 years. You have likely seen Marnie around the salon, as she's pretty much apart of the furniture now!
She has been lucky enough to have worked in a few different salons, learning from some amazing hairdressers and clients. Marnie has completed her Certificate II in Salon Assistant and Certificate III in Hairdressing.
What Marnie loves most about hairdressing is the ability to make people feel confident in themselves and to create a safe and comfortable space to be pampered.
She loves working with blondes, lived in, multidimensional & natural colours. Something that will give her clients longevity with their colour, so they don’t feel like they’re in the salon chair every 4 weeks.
